Our Story
It all started when our founder, John Smith, received a stand mixer as a wedding gift. He and his wife Mary loved baking together on the weekends, but their old hand mixer just wasn’t cutting it for some of their more ambitious recipes. When they started using their new stand mixer, a whole world of culinary possibilities opened up to them!
The powerful motor and variety of attachments allowed them to make everything from bread dough to cake batter with perfect results every time. John and Mary were able to whip up cookies, meringues, mousses, and so much more with their mixer. Their weekly baking sessions turned into an enjoyable bonding experience as they worked together to master new techniques and explore new flavors.
After seeing how much happiness their new appliance brought them, John was inspired to leave his office job and launch Kuccu® in 2005 with the mission of allowing others to unlock their full baking potential. Our Mixers
We offer a range of powerful stand mixers equipped with burnished metal heads and durable die-cast zinc bodies. Our mixers feature direct drive motors that require less maintenance over the years and deliver optimized power and performance. They come with a splash guard to keep your countertops clean and a hinged head that allows you to easily access the bowl.
Every Kuccu® mixer comes with:
- A sturdy 4.8L stainless steel bowl with a comfortable handle for stability. The bowl efficiently transfers heat to your ingredients for even baking.
- Coated flat beater, coated dough hook, and 6-wire whisk attachments crafted from long-lasting aluminum alloy. The nylon coatings prevent abrasion of the bowl.
- A slow start function that prevents ingredients from splattering when you turn the mixer on. Ramps up the speed gradually for safety and control.
- A handy tilt-back head that allows you to attach bowls and accessories with ease. The head locks securely into place during use.
- A powerful 500 watt motor that provides 10 speeds of mixing power. Handles even the stiffest doughs and batters.
- A convenient Bowl-Lift design that allows you to raise and lower the bowl using the lever. Lets you securely attach the bowl.

Every Kuccu® stand mixer undergoes rigorous quality testing before it reaches a customer’s home, including:
- Burn-in testing – Mixers are run continuously for 168 hours at maximum speed capacity to ensure long-term durability
- Thermal cycling – Mixers are subjected to extreme temperature fluctuations between -22°F and 158°F to guarantee stability in diverse environments
- Life testing – Moving parts are tested well past their life expectancy by being engaged hundreds of thousands of times
- Safety approvals – Mixers comply with standard consumer safety regulations like IEC, ETL, CE, CCC, etc.
- Customer simulation – Real customers test mixers in their own kitchens doing everyday tasks like dough kneading, cake mixing, whipping cream, etc.
- Quality assurance – Each mixer is thoroughly inspected at multiple points in production for both functionality and appearance
